All visitors must purchase a valid ticket or pass to enter Tono Park premises. Tickets are non-transferable and must be used on the date specified at purchase. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or revoke tickets for safety reasons. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded under any circumstances. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. Special event tickets may have additional conditions outlined at the time of sale.
All guests must follow safety instructions provided by park staff and signage. Rides have height, weight, and health restrictions for the protection of all visitors. Prohibited items include sharp objects, alcohol, and any hazardous materials. Guests violating safety rules may be asked to leave without a refund. Emergency procedures will be communicated in case of unforeseen incidents. Personal protective equipment may be required for certain attractions.
Guests are expected to respect Tono Park property and refrain from vandalism. Disruptive behavior, including harassment, may result in immediate removal. Personal belongings are the responsibility of the guest; the park is not liable for loss. Smoking and eating are restricted to designated areas within the park. Animals, except service animals, are not permitted on park grounds. Unauthorized photography or recording may be prohibited in certain areas.
Tono Park is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines. Guests participate in rides and activities at their own risk. The park maintains insurance for operational safety but not individual accidents. Any medical emergencies will be handled by on-site first aid teams. Claims related to park operations must be submitted in writing within 30 days. Management decisions regarding liability are final and binding.
Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is canceled by Tono Park management. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days. Weather-related closures may lead to rescheduling rather than refunds. Special packages are subject to specific cancellation policies at purchase. No refunds will be issued for voluntary exit before the park closes. Changes to bookings must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
